Returns & Refund Policy – Oudara

At Oudara, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs where applicable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items not in original condition

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
